The Superintendence of Companies issued external circular 100-000016 of November 17, 2021, in which it indicates the dates for sending information of the general purpose financial statements for those companies subject to surveillance, control and inspection.

The reports must be submitted within the deadlines according to the last two (2) digits of the NIT of the company, not including the verification number (DV)
